What is your shipping methods?
We ship United Parcel Services (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) in the US. I am unable to install this "eBible Platinum Edition" software on my computer. I get an error message about and Libronix update. Can you please help walk me through the installation process?
I have not heard of any problems with that software although users do need to do the on-line tutorial that is included - Libronix Update, Do the following with CD 1 of the Platinum in the CD-ROM: Double click "My Computer" and right click on the drive with "CD 1" in it and click "Explore". Double click the Setup folder and double-click "AutoUpdate". Click the Update button.

If I already placed an order, when do you start shipping the item?
