What is your shipping methods?
We ship United Parcel Services (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) in the US. Please Note: If you use a PO Box, APO/FPO Address or a US prison address and select UPS shipping we will ship by USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail and increase the shipping cost on your actual invoice if necessary. If you have special shipping requirements please e-mail us immediately you place your order - we can also use FedEx and other UPS/USPS mail options. I am unable to install this "eBible Platinum Edition" software on my computer. I get an error message about and Libronix update. Can you please help walk me through the installation process?
I have not heard of any problems with that software although users do need to do the on-line tutorial that is included - Libronix Update, Do the following with CD 1 of the Platinum in the CD-ROM: Double click "My Computer" and right click on the drive with "CD 1" in it and click "Explore". Double click the Setup folder and double-click "AutoUpdate". Click the Update button.

If I already placed an order, when do you start shipping the item?
